What Our New Patients Can Expect:

New Patient Paperwork

We understand paperwork can be tedious and time consuming, so we do our best to only ask the questions that are necessary for the doctor to provide you with the best care possible. Our new patient paperwork includes your personal medical history, any current symptoms you are experiencing and your insurance benefits if applicable. Paperwork can be printed from our homepage in advance or completed in office during your new patient appointment.

Initial exam

The first visit will include a comprehensive physical exam tailored to your needs. The doctor will assess your range of motion, muscle strength and tone, balance and coordination, and spinal alignment as well as determine your functional and neurological integrity. X-rays will also be taken. They can provide information imperative to design an effective treatment plan as well as assist in identifying any spinal conditions or underlying pathologies that may be present.

Report of Findings

During your second visit, the doctor will review the results of your physical exam and your x-rays. They will help you establish your goals, determine how chiropractic can help you achieve your goals, and present an individualized treatment plan created specifically for you. You will leave this appointment with a clear understanding of the anticipated cost of care, recommended timeline for care, and the answers to any questions or concerns you may have.

Regular visit

We appreciate that daily life can be hectic and understand how valuable your time is. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality of care in a time frame that will not disrupt your busy schedule. Of course, special cases may result in an extended visit time to insure that we provide our patients with the proper treatment for their specific condition.

We Are In Network

Both of our office locations are in-network with most major insurance providers and plans including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield and Medicare. Our Old Fort Pkwy office is also in-network with most UHC and UMR plans! We are happy to provide a courtesy check of your insurance benefits at your initial appointment, but always recommend you verify with your insurance company as well.
